Site statistics.
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits: which pages get read, roughly where visitors come from, and what kind of device they use. Google sets first-party cookies to tell a new visit from a returning one, and Google Analytics doesn’t store IP addresses. I see the numbers only in aggregate, and I don’t use them for advertising. No Meta Pixel, no session-replay tools, nothing sold. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking cookies. The site is hosted on Netlify, which keeps standard server logs (IP, user agent, request URL) for security and reliability. Netlify’s privacy policy applies to those.
Contact form.
When you submit the contact form, your name, email, subject, message, and the page URL are sent as an email to roger@ridpath.com via Resend (a transactional email service) and may be stored in a private Supabase table for record-keeping. It goes only to those two services. Nothing is sold or used for marketing. To request deletion of your record, email roger@ridpath.com.
Newsletter.
If you subscribe, your email is stored in Resend (newsletter platform) and a private Supabase table. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email. No third-party advertisers see the list.
Photography and portfolio.
All photography and portfolio images on this site are owned by Ridpath Creative Partners LLC unless otherwise credited. Images are served from this site’s own hosting and from Ridpath’s Story Visual store; the site carries no third-party image dependencies.
